Today we started off with a solid night of rest. We ate breakfast at our hotel before making a stop to pickup some lunch and snack items and an extra stroller. Then we drove to the Museum of Science and Industry. We spent about 5 hours walking around looking at the various exhibits.
Ethan said his favorite exhibit was the Space Exploration section. Both boys got small shuttle replicas in the gift shop.
After we left the museum, we stopped and parked along Lakeshore Drive and walked in the park for a little while. We took our picture and then went to find supper.
We chose to try Lou Malnati’s Pizza and it was very good. The boys enjoyed the thin style while I dove in to the deep dish. Vivian wasn’t feeling the best but she tried both.
All said, it was a long and busy day. The boys should sleep very well tonight.
Hope I’m not robbing you of the thrill of going yourself. Looking down 103 floors through 1.5 inches of plate glass is pretty thrilling. Let your mind imagine the possibilities! (at Willis Tower 103rd Floor Skydeck)
